This house was bought by myself to be a building lot for my personal home as the location does not get much better. I am the second owner of this property which shows how often these lots change hands. But 5 years after buying it I am just too involved in other things to build right now and cannot really see having time in the near future. This house has been easily rented from the day it was bought to only 3 tenants. The first was 1 year with the next 2 at 2 years apiece. The area attracts more responsible tenants and renting it out has never been a problem. Currently it is vacant as of January so I thought I would put it on Welist for a month or two to see if there is interest. If not I will take off the market and re-rent it as it does not cost me anything to sit on it.
